Delicious, sweet and flavorful yellow supersweet corn on vigorous 7’ plants. Supersweet corn is notable for the ability to hold its sweetness longer, so the timing of harvest and sales is more forgiving. Plants are stronger and more vigorous than the supersweet and SE hybrids we have tried. This is an open-pollinated variety bred by Sativa Rheinau, a Swiss biodynamic seed company. They bred three varieties, and Tramunt is the long season one, with the largest, most vigorous plants and the largest ears. The favorite in our sweet corn trials. 205 seeds/oz.
