In development by Edmund Frost at Twin Oaks Seed Farm. We’re going for everything here: sweetness, flavor, deep orange color, small seed cavity, good keeping quality, and plants that can withstand both downy mildew and bacterial wilt. This F5 selection does well on all these points. Fruits are round and average about 2.5 pounds. This year we selected only fruits with full netting. Interior texture is smooth and medium-firm. Expect some variation. 34 seeds/gram.
