A very impressive and beautiful chinense-species pepper with the fruity flavor of a habanero but zero heat. Ripe fruits are red and round with 3-4 slight lobes, and about an inch and a half in diameter. They are incredibly productive, and the fruits hold up extremely well on the plants, even in prolonged wet weather. We harvested most of the plants just once in 2024, at frost, with yields of two gallons per plant and next to no rotting or shriveling. We enjoy them green as well as red. Irena Holowell collected these in the town of Lago Agrio in the Amazon region of Ecuador in 2016. 217 seeds/gram.
