Donate to Research at CWSG Farms

Research donations go directly to the farms involved in CWSG, to fund breeding projects and variety trials.

We’ve had funding support over the years from several Producer SARE grants (focused on squash – including in 2023 and 2024), and two Organic Farming Research Foundation grants (for cucumbers). CWSG sales income has also started to fund some research. But the majority of our trialing and breeding work has still been self-funded by the participating farms.
