Grown by Care of the Earth Community Farm – 75 days – Solanum lycopersicum
Medium-sized pink slicer with good disease resistance (Fusarium, Alternaria, and Grey Leaf Spot) and great old-fashion tomato flavor, uniform and productive until frost. Bred by Dr. Joe McFerran of the University of Arkansas in 1961. Bradley tomatoes were once quite sought after in the mid-South. They were the mainstay tomato of Megan’s grandfather at his grocery store in Nashville throughout the 60’s and 70’s. A favorite of Megan and Lalo at Care of the Earth Community Farm for fresh eating, freezing, and canning. 270 seeds/gram.
